13 , 2008 - The 08-09 Slednecks Monster Energy Invasion Tour
made a stop in Ironwood, MI alongside the ISOC National Snocross
Race. Freestyle rippers and Slednecks Team members Paul Thacker,
Sam Rogers, and Chris Burandt showed up to put on a show for the
sledheads of the Western U.P. and Northern WI. Local rider and
Excon Freeride General Matt "Tinger" Tingstad was also
invited to ride in the show.
The demo was full of huge tricks, with Sam Rogers showing off
his massive extension, Thacker flipping, and Burandt & Tinger
throwing out some big tricks too. The crowd was into the show,
a lot of Monster was drank, and pretty much a good time was had
by all. Tinger may even show up at more of the Invasion tour events
to represent Excon and the U.P.........stay tuned.
Oh yeah, sorry for the crappy pics....first time shooting a still
camera under lights...doh!
